Instructor - Susan Coffey Toning and Shaping    All age's non-aerobic workout is set to a wide assortment of music Complete body workout utilizes both major and smaller muscle groups to develop tone, definition, flexibility and strength Class segments include combination of stretching, body sculpting, Pilates and weight training Exercise mat or towel and hand weights are recommended. Total Body Fitness  Includes warm-up, toning, stretching, weight training and cardiovascular routines. Continuous movement combined with wide variety of music is fun for all Cardio segments incorporate moves especially designed for all ages and fitness and intensity levels. Have fun, burn calories and reduce stress while you tone and tighten Exercise mat or towel and hand weights are recommended. Classes will be held in either the Town Hall Auditorium or Senior Center depending on schedule.

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Women Only Golf Lessons - Women's Golf Lessons- May
Burlington Parks and Recreation offers group lessons year-round, under the direction of Pete Stankevich, PGA Golf Professional and Men's and Women's Golf Coach at the University of Hartford.   All classes will be at Chris Cote's Top Tracer Range in Southington.  The state-of-the-art facility is covered and heated so golf can be practiced in all types of weather. Adult Novice, Women Only, and Junior Clinics start at the beginning of each month and meet on the same day and at the same time for each of the 4-one hour sessions. Classes include fundamentals of the set-up, fundamentals of the golf swing, how to play with irons and woods, pitching, sand bunker play, chipping, putting, rules and etiquette, and much more.   Students can bring their own clubs or we will provide clubs for them to use during classes. Women Only  We offer Women Only classes that are designed for the beginner golfer who is interested in learning the game, as well as the more experienced golfer who is looking to take their game to the next level. Classes consist of 4 one-hour sessions on weekday evenings that cover a wide variety of topics. Students may bring their own clubs or we will provide them for you.  High school students ages 15 and up can sign up as well.

Students will be learning a variety of dance routines during Hip Hop and will be learning lots of awesome and fun gymnastics skills during gymnastics.  - Students should wear dance/gymnastic attire, bare feet & a ponytail - Both age groups' classes are gymnastics and hip-hop only. - Students need to have their hair pulled back and out of their face. - Please bring a water bottle and use the restroom prior to the start of class. - Parents/guardians will have to wait in the hallway while class is in session-Parents if your child won't be in class, please let Miss Jenna know VIA text-Parents, Miss Jenna has other classes she needs to get to after your child's class, so please be on time for pick up. Burlington Parks and Recreation offers group lessons year-round, under the direction of Pete Stankevich, PGA Golf Professional and Men's and Women's Golf Coach at the University of Hartford.   All classes will be at Chris Cote's Top Tracer Range in Southington.  The state-of-the-art facility is covered and heated so golf can be practiced in all types of weather. Adult Novice, Women Only, and Junior Clinics start at the beginning of each month and meet on the same day and at the same time for each of the 4-one hour sessions. Classes include fundamentals of the set-up, fundamentals of the golf swing, how to play with irons and woods, pitching, sand bunker play, chipping, putting, rules and etiquette, and much more.   Students can bring their own clubs or we will provide clubs for them to use during classes.Juniors  We offer Junior Group Lessons that consist of 4 one hour sessions covering a wide variety of topics. They are designed for the junior golfer (ages 7-14) who has never played before, as well as the more experienced player who wants to learn more about the game and improve their score.  Students may bring their own clubs or we will provide them for you.

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM    Juniors Golf Lessons - Junior Golf Session- June
Burlington Parks and Recreation offers group lessons year-round, under the direction of Pete Stankevich, PGA Golf Professional and Men's and Women's Golf Coach at the University of Hartford.   All classes will be at Chris Cote's Top Tracer Range in Southington.  The state-of-the-art facility is covered and heated so golf can be practiced in all types of weather. Adult Novice, Women Only, and Junior Clinics start at the beginning of each month and meet on the same day and at the same time for each of the 4-one hour sessions. Classes include fundamentals of the set-up, fundamentals of the golf swing, how to play with irons and woods, pitching, sand bunker play, chipping, putting, rules and etiquette, and much more.   Students can bring their own clubs or we will provide clubs for them to use during classes.Juniors  We offer Junior Group Lessons that consist of 4 one hour sessions covering a wide variety of topics. They are designed for the junior golfer (ages 7-14) who has never played before, as well as the more experienced player who wants to learn more about the game and improve their score.  Students may bring their own clubs or we will provide them for you.

Instructor - Susan Coffey Toning and Shaping    All age's non-aerobic workout is set to a wide assortment of music Complete body workout utilizes both major and smaller muscle groups to develop tone, definition, flexibility and strength Class segments include combination of stretching, body sculpting, Pilates and weight training Exercise mat or towel and hand weights are recommended. Total Body Fitness  Includes warm-up, toning, stretching, weight training and cardiovascular routines. Continuous movement combined with wide variety of music is fun for all Cardio segments incorporate moves especially designed for all ages and fitness and intensity levels. Have fun, burn calories and reduce stress while you tone and tighten Exercise mat or towel and hand weights are recommended.
