This class offers women a variety of instruction in overall toning, strengthening and cardio moves commonly used in a wide range of classes such as kickboxing, boot camp, step aerobics and more.

General Information
  • The program moves to the beat of fun music, is results oriented and adaptable to all fitness levels.
  • Hand weights and a mat are highly recommended.
  • Walk-ins accepted for $10 per class with waiver.
  • On Line Sign-up available, show your registration to the instructor prior to the class.
  • All participants must sign waiver form.
